The science

Why a spray under your tongue works differently than a pill you swallow

No hype and no miracle claims. Here is the route the formula takes into your bloodstream, the three links a firm erection depends on, every ingredient we use, and the honest limits of what a supplement can do.

Absorption

Two routes into your bloodstream

Same ingredient, two very different journeys. What changes is not the ingredient — it is how much of it survives the trip, and how long the trip takes.

The swallowed route

  • 1You swallow the capsule.
  • 2It has to dissolve in the stomach before anything is released.
  • 3What is released is absorbed through the gut wall.
  • 4It all passes through the liver first — the "first pass" — where part of it is broken down before reaching circulation.
45–90 minutes Typical window for an oral supplement

The sublingual route

  • 1You spray under the tongue and hold it there.
  • 2The floor of the mouth is thin, permeable and dense with blood vessels.
  • 3Absorption happens straight into circulation — no stomach, no first pass through the liver.
Minutes The route starts working as soon as it is absorbed

The mechanism

The 3 links of a strong erection

An erection is a chain of three things happening at once. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link — and prescription PDE5 medicines act on the first link only.

Full disclosure

Every ingredient, and what the research actually looks at

Eight ingredients, three pillars, every name on the table. Nothing hidden behind a "proprietary blend" label.

01

Flow

The plumbing. Circulation reaching the tissue and staying there.

  • L-Citrulline

Converted by the body into arginine, the precursor of nitric oxide. Studied for erection hardness in men with mild difficulties.

  • Pycnogenol® (French maritime pine bark)

Studied in combination with L-arginine for erectile function; pooled in a 2023 systematic review and meta-analysis.

  • Alpha Yohimbine (rauwolscine)

An alpha-2 adrenergic antagonist, included at a low level to support the blood-flow pillar.

02

Signal

The wanting. Desire and drive that start the process.

  • Long Jack (Eurycoma longifolia)

Systematic review and meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials on erectile function.

  • Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium)

Icariin, its main compound, is the focus of the research on this botanical.

  • Black Maca (Lepidium meyenii)

Trials have looked at sexual desire, independent of hormone changes.

03

Calm

The head. Staying relaxed and present in the moment.

  • Panax Ginseng

One of the most studied botanicals for erectile function and for fatigue and stress adaptation.

  • Longan Pulp (Dimocarpus longan)

Long used in Asian traditional practice to support restful sleep and a calm state.

    Traditional use

What to expect

Minutes, night one, week two

The spray is designed to be used before the moment — not weeks in advance. Here is how men usually fit it into a routine.

Minutes

The route opens

Two to three sprays under the tongue, held for about 30 seconds. Absorption through the mucosa begins right away — no waiting for a tablet to break down.

Night 1

Use it before, not during

Most men take it 15 to 20 minutes before. Mint taste, no water, discreet enough to keep in a pocket.

Week 2

Consistency, not a single dose

Ingredients like ginseng and maca are studied over weeks of continued use, not as a one-off. This is where a routine tends to matter more than any single night.

Straight answers

The questions a sceptic asks

Why is sublingual faster?
Because it skips two slow steps. A swallowed capsule has to dissolve, cross the gut wall and pass through the liver, where part of the compounds is metabolised before reaching circulation. Under the tongue, the mucosa is thin and rich in blood vessels, so absorption goes straight into the bloodstream. This is a well documented property of the route in pharmacology.
Can I use it daily?
It is formulated for daily use, and some of the ingredients are studied precisely over weeks of continued use. Follow the label. If you take medication of any kind — especially nitrates or blood-pressure drugs — talk to your doctor before starting.
Is this a medication?
No. — dietary supplement; doesn't treat, cure or prevent any disease; talk to your doctor if diagnosed with ED
